Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, the standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.
